Dairy Milk Chocolate Bouquet Selection

Terrible, terrible service and product. Several emails regarding issues with order, completely ignored. Attempt to cancel, completely ignored. Product arrived after 7 days, when delivery was supposed to be 1-2 days. Product quality was terrible, chocolate had fallen out/wrappers split, no care taken in packaging at all. 14 days later still waiting for acknowledgement to my attempts for a refund.

When I was putting together this order, I wanted a nice note I wrote for the recipient. However, you can't check over your order before you check out. I ordered anyway and immediately emailed their contact us link to double check they had the note. I heard nothing back. I emailed 3 times and still nothing..The bouquet was received but wasn't as special as it could have been without the note! They had no idea who it was from or why! Not impressed.

When I was putting in my order, I put a lovely note to go with the bouquet.. However, when I went to checkout, you couldn't double check the note was there.
So after, I emailed them before the order was processed to check the note was there. They never got back to me. I emailed 3 times. Suffice to say, the recipient received the bouquet, but without the note, so very disappointing.

Sent this as a Christmas gift direct to the recipient just before Christmas, delivery was quicker than expected, it arrived in plenty of time and I was pleased it was in stock. Decent value, bouquet was nicely presented
